Most Holy Name of Jesus Parish has charitable organizations within the parish that help with a vairety of needs.  Donations are accepted (checks should be made out to the organization and not the Parish).

St. Vincent de Paul Society - Our volunteer staff works in two man teams, answers calls for help quickly, without fanfar or red tape.  We provide a host of services like food, clothing, household goods, furniture, eyeglasses and exams, GED's, English as a second language, resume reviews and preparation, employment assistance, childcare assistance, retal help & utility aid, bus fare assistance, and and pharmaceutical aid to name a few.  We generally limit our assistance to a family to a specific dollar amount.  Call to leave (speak clearly) your name, address, phone number and what you need help with.  412-231-2994, ext. 8.  A volunteer will call you back within 24 hours.

Ladies of Charity - The Ladies of Charity provide help to those who are 'shut in's' and have difficulties getting through daily tasks.  For assistance, please call 412-231-2994, ext. 0.

The Catholic Community Food Bank of Troy Hill - The food handout is on the third Tuesday of each month from 10:00 am - Noon in Most Holy Name Church Hall.
